Of the over 500 different properties I have reviewed for Booking.com over the years, this is definitely in the top 3.
Absolutely unbeatable location in the very centre of Novi Sad.
Fantastic views over the main square. Probably the best view in town.
Lots of windows providing natural light.
Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes just outside the front door.
This is a very large, well furnished apartment with excellent desk/work space.
Huge bathroom.
Very personal decor making it feel more like someone's home than a rental apartment.
The most comfortable matress I have ever slept on.
Plenty of storage and hanging space
Well equipped spacious kitchen
Fantastic helpful and friendly owners.
The apartment is on the second floor without a lift. This could be a problem for people with mobility issues.
There were occasional cooking smells in the corridor from the next door apartment but this is not the fault or responsibility of the owners.
Limited car or taxi access but drop off point is not far.
Noise from late night party goers on the main square over weekends can be slightly intrusive.

Beautiful spacious apartment in the heart of the old city, we were thrilled with the view, furniture, rooms, and architecture. Everything was clean, and the host was great. 10/10

The city, the location, the service, the host. This accommodation was one of the highlights of our entire trip. It was a very central location in an extremely beautiful apartment. We can’t get these sorts of apartments in Australia and it was a highlight of our trip, we wish we could have stayed longer.
Nothing really, everything was perfect. You do have to walk with your luggage about 300 m but the private parking was exceptional. This comes with the location we found it perfect.
