1) Easy check-in
2) Warm in the winter, both heaters work well
3) Lady host clearly makes an effort to make things better, gives lots of towels, lots of kitchen ustensils, cotton bed linen
4) Spacious (living room and room)
5) Fully equipped large kitchen, may ustensils, may pots and pans of good quality

8) Lady host put cotton bed sheets which are comfortable, but the noise makes the sleep not so easy
1) There must be a stack of food in the pipes or in the back of the kitchen cabinets because cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen, bathroom and main room at night and in the bedroom upstairs as well, but less. I ate no food in the apartment and stored my garbage in the fridge.
2) All cutlery were greasy, probably previous guests did not wash properly
3) You can hear and smell everything the neighbors do. The neighbors are in a short term rental as well and are very noisy
4) Sometimes, the apartment next door, in the same building, let people come in and out all night, they don't lock the door of the building making it very unsafe for your belongings because a small lock in a hidden area is not enough, since it is a private building with lots of strangers coming in and out, someone can break the fragile apartment lock, make a lot of noise and no one would hear it since it is inside the building with only our apartment and the other one. Only the building door seems to have a solid lock and depending on the next door guest, it is not locked. I had to keep my valuables with me during the entire trip, doing my day visits with a heavy backpack.
4) I lost one ear plug while sleeping, it was impossible to sleep because of hearing the neighbor's machine, music, discussions.
6) Man host applies strict cancelation rules, no exception, even one hour after booking
7) Humidity in local stone walls on the stairs, it falls down in small pieces, not sure about impact on health, did not bother me

Parfait emplacement !! Il sont très gentil !! Rende service quand ils peuvent j’ai rien à dire et je reviendrais !!! C’est mon appartement préférer dans tout Arles

La casa está muy bien me encantó
La vecina hacía mucho ruido todo el día no pudimos dormir bien ninguna de las noches ponía música y hablaba toda la noche muy fuerte, verdaderamente insoportable .
