Good choice of breakfast served at a time to suit us, which was great as we wanted an early start. Separate living area was great and well equipped which meant we could cook our own dinner and put things in the fridge.
We had hoped to stay in a shepherd’s hut but it was a large shed. Site was quite cramped with no views. Plumbing needs fixing in the kitchen area as water was leaking out in front of living area.

Location, decor, sitting room hut, own toilet
Bathroom facilities - shared shower with just a curtain for privacy. Photos were not included of this & nor was there any description of bathroom facilities in the listing. Did not use it (as did not feel comfortable doing so) so don’t know if shower was in full working order. I decided not to stay as did not feel safe being a lone lady staying as the property was not a lodge - it was a garden shed. I am not sure if I saw any heating in the shed so I believe it would have been cold at night. The lock on the door from the inside was very flimsy which added to my unease to stay there.
