Ground floor: living room (Stereo system) with kitchenette (double sofa bed, modular dining or living room table), shower room with toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm). Electric heating included.
Terrace. Shared garden of 6,500 m² (including 3,300 m² of enclosed grassland) with swimming pool, open when the temperature exceeds 15°C.
Sun loungers and deck chairs are available. Children's playground: slide, croquet, badminton, kite flying.
2 bicycles are available.
Cats are welcome. Located at the end of a path, this property boasts a wide range of amenities, including a heated, free-access swimming pool (5m x 12m and 2m deep), a peaceful, wooded setting, and just one kilometer from the small village of Sainte-Honorine (restaurant, grocery store, and garage).
