About this house rental
350 meters separate the large beach of Sillon from this charming town house of more than 90m2. You will not have to walk anymore to enjoy the charm of PARAME and all its shops.
And if you were wrong direction? It is this time the district of COURTOISVILLE that will open its doors always within 500 m.
A little more courage you will need to enjoy a day of wellness at the Thermes Marins (800m) or discover the ramparts (Intra Muros - 2 kms) from our recently renovated Malouine Town House.If you had planned to leave your car at home, it is also 2 kms that separate us from the station of Saint Malo.
An extension designed by an architect has allowed to enlarge the initial building and to add a modern kitchen / dining room, giving on one level a terrace of 20m2 with all you need (Garden furniture, Barbecue) to enjoy.
2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 cm and 2 bunk beds or "beds" of 90 cm) and a separate bathroom are waiting for you on the first floor. A large room under loft (1 bed Futon Japanese 160 cm) is proposed on the second floor. The house is fully equipped and equipped to accommodate 6 people and possibly young children. In the living room, the sofa is convertible but we do not consider this as a bed because no quality similar to the services offered by the place.
You can park in the street in front of the house without any problem or expenses all year long. The linen (sheets and towels) is proposed and the end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rent.

Jolie maison décorée avec goût, proche de la plage. Confort avec le poêle à granulés, très bonne literie et table billard qui a ravi la famille....
