About this house rental
Beautiful house with private covered pool 5 minutes from the beach and the Port of Dieppe, ideally located to discover the Normandy beaches: 30 'from Saint Valery en Caux and 30' from Tréport, Etretat, and the Normandy countryside: Pays de Bray and Pays de Caux.
Located in a very quiet subdivision in the immediate vicinity of Dieppe and shops, our house of 160 m² is composed of:
On the ground floor: living room and dining room, 1 open kitchen fully equipped, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, 1 separate toilet, a large veranda of 45m ² very bright and without vis-à-vis, ideal for meals between friends or family.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms for 10 persons:
London room: 1 double bed, 1 shower and 1 WC;
Paris room: 1 double bed, balcony
New York Room: 2 bunk beds with 4 single beds
Zen room: 1 double bed
Available for baby: 1 cot, 1 high chair and 1 safety gate for stairs.
1200 m² garden with garden furniture.
Total basement.
At disposal: 10 bicycles of children, teen and adult sizes, net and Badminton rackets, football cages, basketball hoop.
Outside: large indoor pool 5 meters x 10 meters and 1.5 meters deep, with removable roof to enjoy the sun in summer. Fully private pool and exclusive use of tenants, located in the back garden of the house.
Security system: fully enclosed shelter with key lock.
Electric gate.
House equipped with an alarm system.
House equipped with a water filtration system throughout the house. And in addition: a fountain of fresh water delivers a filtered and refined water in the kitchen.

A characterful property which was extremely well equipped, clean and spacious. The owners were very helpful and the large, covered pool proved to be a real asset to the holiday.

The house was perfect for our families to stay. Enough space to fit us all in and for the kids to play. The pool made the kids week. Lots of thoughtful little touches too, such as having bikes to use and BBQ etc were appreciated. Area was nice too - local shops and within 20 minutes of some beautiful beaches. Will definitely be coming back!
