location in historic part of San Marino, can’t be any better.
Host very responsive and able to communicate on WhatsApp as we needed some help to get into property.
Mini market 5 minutes’ walk with basic ingredients available to make a meal.
Majority of attraction in funicular are at a walking distance of few minutes from property.
There is steep climbing on the road/streets (normal for San Marino old town) to get to property and if you have suitcases, be mindful of this.
Cleanliness was not great as there was grit/small bits on the floor sticking with your feet/socks.
There are two rooms in the same property with a shared kitchen so expect another party staying there at the same time though there none when we went in.
Fridge was not clean at all including freezer and we did not sue it because of it.
There is no electric Kettle in the kitchen.

The location is great to stay in San Marino, the room is spacious and nicely decorated. It was very easy to find the place and to get in.
It would be nice to have a window in the room.
