Stairwell/elevator was extremely cool. Unit was clean, comfortable, and had a great balcony view of the road.
Bathroom door had popped off of the metal rail. Still worked, just a little finicky.

The bathroom was very clean, as was the room. The room had an air conditioner that made some noise, but it wasn't a major inconvenience. A very comfortable and clean place.

The apartment is located in a very central part of Nice and is fully renovated. It was fully furnished and well-equipped with everything we needed.

Decent last-minute value. Central location (between train station and beach). Solid shower.
Check-in was very complicated - must go to a different hotel to obtain keys, and this is not communicated well. Bed is small and not the most comfortable. Air con was difficult/impossible to control and room was hot. When I messaged about this, I never received a response.
