Friendly Budget-Studio 35m2 Paris Montmartre

Die Lage ist super, direkt gegenüber eine Bushaltestelle, in 5 Gehminuten ist die Metro erreicht. Küche gut ausgestattet, saubere Waschmaschine. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft viele schöne Lokale und Restaurants. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin.

Die Schlafsituation war leider unbequem. Die Matratzen oben zu dünn und keine richtige Abdunklung. Da genau zur Straßenseite gelegen, teilweise laut.

The location of the place is very good, bus stops and metro stations are close, there’s a small shop and nice cafes and bakeries in the area, some of the sights are reachable on foot. The landlady has provided us with a lot of information about Paris and the local area and was always ready to help. She even informed us about the strikes that happened during our stay. The place itself is good in general but has its surprises.

The private parking lot doesn’t exist, right after our booking we’ve got a message that we’d better leave our car somewhere else. There was no extra toilet paper (we bought the paper themselves and left it there) or garbage bags (just one you have in the bin) but the most surprising thing was to read about the gas. It’s written if there’s lack of gas in the stove we need to arrange its refill by themselves or for extra payment. That is, if you come, use the gas and it is finished during your stay (most likely that’s because of the previous guests right?), you need to buy the whole new thing by yourself. The toaster and the kettle didn’t work, we tried many times but when we said about that to the landlady she checked it and they worked, maybe there’s a trick how to turn those things on. The floor there is very cold, we had to wear the boots all the time. The heating system covers the beds only… at least we were warm during our sleep. The place used to be a cafe or something that is it is located the same way. Sometimes it was too noisy from the street and you need to hide yourself under the curtains otherwise people from the street see you perfectly. When we said to the landlady we wouldn’t stay there again she wrote us a message asking for a good reference and pointing out that she herself couldn’t write a reference to us as guests.

Nice studio at good location in Montmartre.

Noise from street traffic makes sleeping somewhat less comfortable.

Posizione ottima per i mezzi pubblici, lavatrice funzionante e molto utile.

Mancanza del cavo antenna tv e quindi la piccola TV non funzionante. Mancanza di una finestra o di un aspiratore, per poter cambiare aria è necessaria aprire la porta principale che da sulla strada. Le coperte non sono lavate, mia moglie sentiva odori spiacevoli
