+ Appartement sécurisé + Appartement spacieux + Appartement bien équipé + Appartement calme + Appartement pas trop loin de Disney (10min) mais il faut un taxi qui se trouvent très facilement + Possibilité de sa faire livrer les repas (ce qu'on a fait) + Prix très correct pour le lieu

- Condition d'accès car je n'avais pas vu que c'était un airbnb via booking et donc il fallait aller sur des liens dans un des messages car il faut verser une caution de 200€ à l'avance. Or sur booking je n'ai jamais ei à faire cela donc n'ayant pas l'habitude je n'ai pas vu ce message de caution et arrivés devant l'appartement comme il n'y à rien d'écrit on s'est retrouvé bête dans la rue la nuit sans savoir quoi faire et numéro de téléphone injoignable, que mail sans réponse immédiate. Après 1h à chercher comment faire et à repasser mes mails j'ai retrouvé ce lien où l'on m'envoie vers un site de paiement de caution. Dubitatif, j'ai cru à une arnaque mais bon pas le choix l'hiver, de nuit avec des enfants faut prendre une décision. Après avoir payé 200€ de caution par carte, je reçois 30min après un message avec les instructions et les photos pour se repérer dans la rue car sans cela, impossible d'accéder à l'appartement non indiqué. Mais les explications avec les photos sont très bien et on a trouvé facilement après ! Bref, un peu coup de frayeur mais vérifiez bien tous les messages et payez à l'avance pour pas galérer comme nous ;)

Close to disney

Cancelled another hotel for this due to them stating warm outdoor pool all year round. Also emailed them to confirm before hand but they didn’t reply. Unfortunately, pool wasn’t open, which was a big dissapointment to us. Lack of clear information and communication. I was fine for the extra charge for cleaning but the extra cost for bedsheets and towels were another shocker. However, I did responded to their message about needing bedsheets and towels and willing to pay for them but again no reply. On the day we reached we were tired and overwhelmed and it slipped my mind but the receptionist did not bring it up on check in. I assumed the beds would be made and thought it would be simply about charging us at checkout. We were busy, tired form the journey and we didn’t realise there were no bedsheets/covers. Mind you the mattress are white and the duvet are grey which looked like covers in the 1st glance. We had things planned to go out immediately, but when we came back and realised it, the reception was closed. They didn’t pick up the phone and there were no access to covers. We slept the night uncomfortable without sheets and covers. Most unhygienic way, it was just appalling.
