First of all County Clare is an incredible part of Ireland to explore. Liscannor is a beautiful little village with great coffee and food options. When we weren’t driving and exploring all Clare has to offer we would return home to a beautiful cottage right on the water. We visited in February but this place was so warm and comfortable we totally enjoyed our visit and was genuinely sad to leave.

Our host Susanne was amazing - so informative, friendly and caring. She was always responsive and made sure we were well set up and comfortable. She provided many nice touches for guests! Bay View House was a cosy, well equipped cottage with a lovely garden view out over Liscannor Bay. Location was fantastic. Very short walk to the pubs and restaurants.

Lovely property with very welcoming owner. Very comfortable beds and super layout for sharing with another couple (upstairs/downstairs rooms with adjacent bathrooms). Super location - with fabulous outlook over a tidal estuary. Great pubs v close by.
