Die Wohnung ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt um mit dem Bus schnell in die Innenstadt zu kommen.
Lage direkt an einer stark befahrenen Kreuzung. Lüften erzeugt somit viel Lärm von draußen. Im Winter wurde das Schlafzimmer selbst bei max. Heizung nicht warm. Fenster/Balkontür wahrscheinlich zu wenig isoliert.

Obwohl eine befahrende Straße in der Nähe war, war es bei geschlossenen Fenstern erstaunlich ruhig, also gute Schalldämmung.

Die Außenanlagen waren sehr unsauber. Sehr hellhörig.
