Location
The pin number you gave us for the gate is an old one and does not work. Radiators in lounge and second bedroom need bleeding,

Great location. Modern. Nice & clean
Kitchen sink tap was loose, Bath taps couldn’t turn hot on fully as the head was out on the spline (hit the wall). Heating didn’t get very warm & didn’t work at all in the smaller bedroom.

Everything on hand , home from home , just the cushions on sofas are ready for change
Just the sofas n cushions need a freshen otherwise no problems ,
Car park space is rather tight
