Location is exceptional, close to all the restaurants and bars. And it’s nice and clean. Good communication. Piran is a beautiful town.
It’s very cozy/cramped even for four people. Missing facilities such as kettle and coffee maker. Blinds didn’t shut in the upstairs bedroom. The listing implies it has parking- it hasn’t. Parking charges are 32 Euros a day.

Excellent location, only a few steps to the sea and plenty of places to eat
Although it’s 4th floor the steps were fewer than I expected
The kitchen/living area is small , but that didn’t bother us as we were out most of the time.
It’s easy to accidentally switch off the hot water (switch next to the bathroom light switch)

Really great location inside of old city, walking distance to anything around.
It has small kitchen with all amenities.
Apartment was clean, hosts were responsive and helpful.
Towels could be drier.
If you have a lot of luggage and intend to stay for a week - would be hard to find enough storage for your clothes.
If you arrive by car - most likely you'll have to stay ~15 minutes away walking upwards to the hill. Maybe there's other parking by the sea, but it also would be around same ~15 minutes.
