Great location. Good size apartment for solo or couple. Definitely just the basics. Nothing spectacular but nothing really bad. Could use some basic repairs but overall it was good enough for a place to sleep.
Was dated. Had some cosmetic issues.

Posizione ottimale per spostarsi nella città, vicino alla stazione,ben servita da mezzi pubblici.
Presenza in cucina di piccole blatte( a mio parere sarebbe necessaria disinfestazione).Mancanza nel lavabo del bagno del tappo di protezione cadute oggetti.

Environnement sale, tags, boîte à lettres cassées a l entrée. Nous avons préféré louer ailleurs le jeudi, jour d ouverture du night club Avallon situé juste au dessous de la chambre. Appartement mal chauffé, pas de couverture supplémentaire, trous dans un mur et dans la porte de chambre, volets sur la terrasse qui ne ferment pas...
