Updated 4 bedroom, 3 bath home ON the RIVER! AWESOME sunsets! Lots of covered deck space for outdoor enjoyment! LARGE Master Suite with whirlpool tub & walk in shower.
Easy access only 1 block off Hwy 66 in Sevierville! Just 5 miles off I-40! 1.5 miles to Sevierville Golf Club, Sevierville Convention Center & Wilderness in the Smokies! Great Smoky Mtn National Park is approx 20 miles, Pigeon Forge & Dollywood 8 miles, Tanger Outlets 5 miles!
Restaurants, grocery, & shopping less than 2 miles away!
Enjoy the peaceful serene environment in this old home that has been made modern! I raised my son in this home & enjoyed entertaining friends. When my son entered graduate school at UT, the home became a bit too big for me & my little dog so I have downsized & decided to open this beauty up for guests to make memories, feel at home & enjoy the atmosphere of the area!
The home is located on the Little Pigeon River. You may fish from the banks with the proper license required by the State of TN.
The home has 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths upstairs. There are 2 living areas downstairs, one with a pull out sleeper sofa. There's also a full bath on the main level.
I still live in this neighborhood. I enjoy the close proximity of the Great Smoky Mtn National Park, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge & downtown Knoxville. There are so many FUN things to do in the area that this location affords you to move with ease in any direction! And if you enjoy just catching your breath on the porch overlooking the river, well, I don't think there's any better place!

Had a great time and Pink Majestic was everything we needed. Our host was amazing and sent us several options on where to launch our kayaks and even the route on river to avoid the dam. Thank you Missi!

Came from NY with my sister and friend. We love the house. It’s huge! It is perfect for large groups. The location was convenient to Pifeon Forge and Gatlinburg, both just about 20 minute away. Plenty of stuff close by the house. Go to Tony’s BBQ! Had great communication with owner. Asked about a blender and she brought it over within minutes! Would definitely stay again.

Was a nice home, but the cleanliness needs some work along with lawn maintenance. The bath tub is very slick
