Das Personal war sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Zimmer und Frühstück waren dem Preis entsprechend. Wir fanden es gut und würden den Gasthof weiterempfehlen.
Dusche im Zimmer ohne Abtrennung ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache. War für uns Männer Gruppe die sich schon ewig kennen kein Problem.

C'est une auberge traditionnelle simple mais accueillante, comme on trouve hélas de moins en moins. L'endroit est manifestement très apprécié des locaux. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Garage pour les vélos. Très propre. La petite ville de Merzig est une des dernières où il reste de nombreux cafés et commerces locaux : c'est presque un devoir civique de les supporter ! La région est aussi très intéressante, qu'on s'intéresse à l'histoire ( mouvementée car la Sarre a aussi été française ), aux industries locales comme la sidérurgie ( à la pointe du progrès, notamment à Dillingen juste à côté ), la céramique haut de gamme ( notamment à Mettlach ) etc.
