The 35 m² apartment, with its own charm offers enough space for 2-4 persons. The lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor and is thus easily accessible. In the living area you can expect a cozy sitting area with integrated sleep function to relax after your excursions in and around Kühlungsborn. The bedroom has in addition to its double bed and a cot which is suitable for toddlers. About the bedroom also leads directly to the west-facing terrace of the apartment. Integrated into the living area you will find the pantry kitchen, which is furnished for smaller meals. In addition to a mini hi-fi system, the technical equipment also includes a flat-screen TV. This is a non smoking apartment. Bringing pets is allowed for a fee. The parking spaces of the house are behind the entire system. Please drive completely along the course. Please note that in the main season it is necessary to book without gaps or to leave a minimum period of 7, 10 or 14 nights between the bookings. The minimum stay over the turn of the year is 4 nights. Both the consumption costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
