Really helpful staff that helped us quickly check in and allowed us to store our bags even after checkout! The room and bathroom were both very clean and comfortable.
Bed was squeaky but nothing major.

It's a Budget friendly Property, compared to other B&B's hotels AirBnb's in Bolzano.
Location is Perfect( town center)
Staff is prompt to respond to any questions..
The staff let us check in before check in time, as room was already done!
At check out, we left bags and picked up before train departure.
Building code, and rooma acces through Vikey(app) was easy. (ps.. dont get your mobile phone drained😊)
We had a comfortable stay to conclude.
Definitely we'll be staying here again😁.

Very good location and staff customer service, love the room and so comfortable .
Only need to check they have no lift .
No lift I was carry 30 kg to 4/F . As I'm a girl. But the staff very good for let me keep my luggage in their reception until late.

Good price, fantastic location.
We rented 2 rooms, number 3 and 13. Number 13 was much better than number 3, the bed in number 3 creaked so loud, I woke up twice. The room was not really clean. They should repaint all walls.
