I had everything I needed, even a sauna for a good price! Good price to wash your clothes as well, renting stuff.

One of the highlights of my stay was that I was able to see the Northern Lights right outside the hostel on my first night, which was really special. The bed itself was also comfortable. The capsule design provides privacy compared to other dorm beds, and the hostel overall has potential to be a great place to stay with a few improvements.

Unfortunately, several aspects of the facilities made the stay less comfortable. The showers were consistently dirty and had no hooks to hang items, and the shower curtains kept moving around: installing partial doors instead would make a big difference. The toilets were also very cold and sometimes dirty; heated seats or even heated floors would improve the experience significantly in winter. Storage was another issue: the lockers were very small and couldn’t fit much, and there weren’t enough hooks or hangers in the room or inside the capsule. I also wish there had been a mirror and some hooks inside the capsule itself. My personal towel was mistakenly taken from the drying rack by a cleaner who thought it belonged to the hostel, and I had to retrieve it from the front desk. The kitchen was somewhat dirty and would benefit from a coffee machine and at least some tea available. The pillow provided was also very poor and quite flacid.

Perfect walking distance from a convenience store, awesome path to Northern Lights viewpoint. Beds were clean and spacious. By far the most affordable stay in Rovaniemi, which I really appreciated!

Bathrooms were not clean at all. It was also pretty noisy.
