Nice place. Great location. I would stay again for sure.
Took a very long time to warm the place up and it never got as warm as we would have liked with all heaters on full. The place was clean but the glasses needed a good scrub before using. Parking is available but might not be adjacent to the property. There is a gym across the street so the adjacent parking is taxed by the gym.

Location is excellent, Unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. Very child friendly (but ours are in their 40's). Shower is large and the flooring is not slippery, like other places. Arras is a very welcoming town, and everything is within steps.
We are very very old (79 and 84) so the stairs from the bedroom to the bathroom were very steep and inconvenient.
