Tutti i comfort!!
La camera è lillipuziana, ma perfettamente adeguata alle esigenze di una persona: il condizionatore in 5 minuti netti ha cancellato l'afa estiva, TV, frigo e un letto COMODISSIMO!
La stanza è molto silenziosa, infatti la perfetta tenuta degli infissi ha chiuso fuori la musica forte che veniva dal parco. La posizione in città, poi, è pazzesca: esattamente di fronte al Parco Ducale.
Ciliegina sulla torta, la proprietaria è gentilissima e molto disponibile: risponde sempre in brevissimo tempo, cosa rara!!
Se dovessi tornare a Parma questo sarà il mio punto di riferimento!
Peccato esserci rimasta solo una notte.

The owner is very kind and friendly. The location is very good, you can walk easily to wherever in Parma you’d like like city center, shops, university river,..., there is a very beautiful park near it. Lots of buses has station near this hotel.

Gentilezza dei proprietari.
Una stanza così piccola non può costare più di 60 euro, proprio follia è una stanza di fortuna, do 6 cioè sufficente perché voglio premiare l'educazione dei proprietari, ma a quel prezzo non tornerei mai, mancava cartegenica la mattina, se si muove leggermente il letto non si entra più in bagno, un ora per avere l'acqua nella doccia.
