Asunto oli tilava ja siisti. Suihkusta tuli hyvin lämmintä vettä ja pyykinpesukone ja pyykinpesuaineet asunnossa helpotti matkustamista kevyillä repuilla. Asunnossa oli ihan riittävästi tarvikkeita, pyyhkeitä yms. neljälle hengelle. Sängyt oli mukavat nukkua ja olohuoneessa riittävästi istumatilaa jokaiselle majoittujalle.
Majoittaja oli mukava ja yhteydenpito nopeaa ja helppoa.
Erityisesti henkilöille joilla on huonompi kunto tai kipeät jalat, rappuset neljänteen kerrokseen ovat raskaat kiivetä, tämä kannattaa oikeasti huomioida kun mietit tämän asunnon varaamista. Meille rappuset eivät olleet ongelma, sillä olemme hyväkuntoisia nuoria ihmisiä :)
Toukokuussa 2025 hintalaatusuhde oli erinomainen (n. 300e/viikko), ja olemme erittäin tyytyväisiä kaikin puolin. Kiitos!

It is a nice flat, very well located in the centre of Thessaloniki, just a few minutes away from the shopping and nightlife area. Giorgos is very friendly and helpful. When we arrived at the flat, we had a bottle of wine and several other gifts.
The area is terribly noisy, even at night, and the flat is not well insulated at all. Kitchen basics such as a toaster, wine glasses or cleaning cloths are missing. The bathroom offers no privacy whatsoever with a sliding door in poor condition. There is very poor lighting which, for example, makes it difficult to read. There is no dining table or chairs. And wardrobes are needed in the bedrooms. If you stay more than one night, the accommodation is not comfortable. Overall, it is an old flat in need of renovation. With little money, it could be very much improved.
