Location was perfect, in centre of beautiful Painswick. Flat was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Access was straightforward and parking easy - a bonus in Painswick! The flat was peaceful and worked well being on 2 levels. Communication from owner was excellent and helpful. The accommodation provided everything we needed including extremely comfortable beds - thank you.
Only minor complaints which have been mentioned already - that you feel rather exposed by the position of the toilet in front of the window when using it at night - we hung a towel up to improve this, and the lack of flexibility of the bathroom lighting was annoying (and a bit brutal!) when using the loo during the night.

Location fantastic, and beds comfortable. Good shower, and overall the flat was nicely decorated and met our needs.
It was sad that the Welcome tin of "British" biscuits were made in India (and tasted nasty). Felt a bit cheap!! It's always nice to see local products, but sooner have nothing than "fake" ones.
Shame there was just one combined bathroom and toilet, although we knew this before we arrived. This would have been fine for our original plans for 3 people, but in the end there were 5 of us, making bathing arrangements tight!
