Appartamento pulito, comodo, ben attrezzato
Solo un po’ distante ( più o meno 1 Km) dal centro. Ma assolutamente fattibile

Appartamento un po' datato ma accogliente e ben tenuto, ottimamente pulito e dotato di tutto e di più. Biancheria letto / bagno ok. Garage privato a circa 500 metri. Posizione favolosa, si arriva in centro in pochi minuti con belle passeggiate; nei pressi negozi e market.Proprietari disponibili e molto cortesi, rispondono rapidamente via wa e, per ogni evenienza, sono al piano di sopra.

La ubicación del apartamento, su limpieza, camas cómodas y la plaza de garaje.
No se me indicó por parte de la propietaria que las tasas turísticas(1.5€ per./noche) para los niños están exentas del pago, lo que supuso que las abonará sin tener que haberlo hecho...
En el anuncio se indicaba la cantidad que tenía que abonar (15€)...en dicha cantidad estaban incluidos los niños y no tenían porqué haberlo hecho...
La verdad suena un poco a engaño y si cuela, cuela, como fue en este caso...
Nos dimos cuenta al día siguiente cuando en otro establecimiento en Bérgamo nos pasó lo mismo(nos pedían 30€) y me dió por mirar la normativa municipal y en Italia los niños no pagan tasa turística en ningún sitio..
Mucho ojo con esto porque se aprovechan de ello.
