We phoned, door code advised and the keys were under the mat. So easy compared to our following on flat in Paris. Need to add to front page that local Swiss rules only allow fans no air conditioning due to climate change. The owners/manager of cleaning staff were so helpful providing linen for the extra bed as soon as, and the manager came round and explained how the machines and tv worked. Advsied impossible to break anything. Maps and bus timetables available plus lots of condiments. Very easy access to shop and supermarket.
Suggest a book with pictures in 3 languages explaining how the machines and tv work.

The layout of the flat is comfortable and easy. The location is excellent- close to the lake and also the park, movies, shops, restaurants. We sound it very central. And having the tourist bus tickets was fantastic, we could go anywhere
It was a bit hot at times but that had more to do with the weather than the flat - it was possible to open the windows and manage the temperature and also there were fans.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. It was very well located for sightseeing although that also made it a bit noisy at night.
It was very hot and the air conditioner was ineffective. The fans in the living room did a much better job. There were a few things that were unfamiliar to us like how to use the washer and how to open the sofa bed. It would be a good idea to have a binder with some instructions. Geneva is very expensive so not the fault of the host that the rates were not a great value.

No encontrar a personal con el que consultar preguntas. No tiene aire acondicionado y el TV no tenía sonido
