I like everything about this bungalow from the insides to the outside. You dont need anything just food. In the middle of all shops etc. I reccomend this holiday home 100% excellent value.

Perfect, lovely quiet cul de sac, everything we needed to hand. Close to a lovely dog friendly pub. A quiet location near all amenities, shops and beach, we will be back for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sunshine Cottage, it was lovely to go in to a warm house with the heating on as it was chilly outside. The first thing we noticed was how clean it is throughout, you can literally unpack and relax, the house is really spacious. Then we started to notice all the extra touches that made our stay so good, firstly the dog bowls and feeding mat in the porch in case you've forgotten your own, the milk in the fridge along with tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen, perfect for a post travel pre wine cuppa, exploring further we found every cupboard and drawer in the kitchen and living room contained really useful items, from a superbly equipped kitchen to a sewing kit, pens, books to read, dvds, board games etc. The sofa is super comfy, the tv has an amazing picture and the bed we slept on was very comfortable, its so quiet too, not a sound from outside.
Outside, the garden is really big and completely enclosed, the grass had been mowed for our arrival but it was too cold to sit out on this visit. Parking is ample and access is really easy too. Chapel St Leonards beach is only a couple of minutes away by car and has a superb beach.
This is a great place to stay while exploring all that Lincolnshire has to offer and we'd love to come back again soon.
