la posizione e la zona non sono male. Per Parma il prezzo è abbastanza buono e in sé l'appartamentino sarebbe anche funzionale.
nessuna cura per praticamente nulla. letto con doghe mancanti, finestra con scotch, prese elettriche semi rotte, abatjour non funzionati... la moka senza il manico (quindi non utilizzabile se non ci si vuole ustionare) credo sia indicativa della cura che i proprietari hanno per questo posto, che se un'attimo curato non sarebbe neanche male. va bene il prezzo non altissimo dell'alloggio, però...
