bedroom to beach 50m, bedroom to pub 30m. Supermarket 100m, private parking and the guest upstairs played a fantastic saxaphone, 20 restaurants within 1km
pub next door was a little noisy some nights but we got over it.

The view is amazing, as well as proximity to the beach. Good layout, practical for bigger families.
There is almost no internet whatsoever. Connection on the top floor is almost non existing, impossible to do any kind of work.
Beds are old and squeaky but not uncomfortable.

Excellent location and very friendly owner as well as staff at Adriagate.
We knew the room was small and did not have any crazy expectations from it considering the price of the accommodation. However, it is very obvious that no one has invested a penny in this room in the last few decades which is a shame since the location is great and the place has a lot of potential. The bed/bedding was far from comfortable, there was a single narrow wardrobe with one shelf in it so we ended up having our clothes in our luggage the whole time and the bathroom was the most disappointing. The doors had a few metal hooks hung over them which meant they could not be closed (rather uncomfortable since the toilet was only about a meter away from the bed...), there was mould on the walls and a hole in the ceiling where the loudest ceiling fan has been placed. We only got two towels for the whole stay, no hand towels or bath mat.
Last but not least, there is no point in advertising an accommodation has wifi when even opening a simple website is almost impossible, let alone trying to stream a movie.
We would recommend this accommodation to anyone who is travelling on a budget, only needs a bed to spend the night and wishes to be as close to the beach as possible.
