About this house rental
Caramela Beach House is a charming private beachfront house on two levels, with direct access to the beach, perfect for a romantic getaway, ideally for a couple or a small family. It is situated right in the middle of Agios Georgios Pagon beach, the longest beach of the island of Corfu. Attached to the house there is a 700m2 private garden. All the commodities like supermarket, taverns, car renting and more are within walking distance. In the vicinity there is the bus station to Corfu town.
The space
Right in the middle of the longest beach of Corfu Island, you can find Caramela Beach House, a beachfront house with all the modern amenities to make your stay at Corfu unforgettable. The crystal clear water is literally at your feet. The house is built on two levels: the upper floor consists of a spacious and bright bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. The bedroom has a private terrace and endless view to the beach of Agios Georgios Pagon.
On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, a WC, a dishwasher, the dining area as well as a sofa bed.
Shaded pergolas make the ideal place to relax on hot days.
Caramela Beach House offers you everything you need for a comfortable, quiet and unforgettable stay on the beautiful and green island of Corfu. A taste of Greece you will really appreciate.

All parts of the house are accessible to our guests.
Interaction with guests
The owners, Angeliki and Lakis, live in the village of Skripero. They will welcome the guests upon their arrival and they will make them feel at home. For bookings longer than a week, the service of a maid is offered for free. A welcome packet with local products will welcome our guests to make them feel at home immediately.
If you need a transfer from or to the port or the airport or any recommendations about renting a car, an ATV or a motorbike do not hesitate to contact us.
Other things to note
Swimming on the beach in front of the rented house is entirely left to the responsibility of the tenants and their peril. This means in particular that tenants agree to supervise children at all times during the rental period, in and around the beach area in front of the house.

We spent 2 weeks at Caramela Beach House. The pictures don’t do it justice. The owner Angelica met us at the property and gave us all the information we needed regarding the house. During our stay we had a lovely lady come and clean the house and change towels and bedding.To wake up every morning and go out onto the balcony and see the view of the mountains and sea was so lovely.

Close to the beach, walk to restaurants and stores, beach area not too developed, privacy, outdoor shower. We had a very nice week!

The property owner was so nice. The location was directly on the beach with the best location along the bay. The unit is perfect for a couple and very private. I would hands down stay here again and highly recommend. It was a perfect location to explore the island and then come back in the afternoon for a swim out in front of the house. Market and restaurants a short walk.Perfect parking spot.

Nous avons passé 5 jours formidables dans la maison d’Angeliki. Elle est presque située sur une très jolie plage dans un village très cool. Angeliki a été très réactive et très accueillante. C’était parfait ! Merci encore !
