The location and development the accommodation was situated in was lovely, all surrounded by nice gardens and trees. Short walk to town or the castle - easy to relax and be quiet, pop out for a meal or go to some attractions. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and comfortable - even had a coffee pod machine with coffee and hot chocolate pods, and tea, coffee and milk in the fridge ready when you arrive, along with kitchen bits and bobs. Wish I could have stayed longer, and I would re-book for next year if it wasn't already booked up :'(
We had issue with the lockbox, as we did put the wrong code in a few times (been driving a long time, and was tired - tried to use booking.com pin not the right code, which was hard to find in on the booking mobile app - my fault should have checked before I left but was confusing for a while! - key code was under check in instructions in the booking.com app) It took a bit of fiddling to get it to accept the right code though, and with no reception for queries, it was a bit stressful. - would have been nice if a person was available to talk to.

The accommodation was excellent. It was clean, quiet and convenient. We managed to lock ourselves out 🙈 but within 5 minutes a gentleman came and let us in.
