It is really close to the Fair Centre (Messe), and there is a grocery store nearby.
It has private parking spots and was clean and spacious.
Being an apartment for up to 6+ people, having only one bathroom was a little tricky. However, it was manageable.

- Clean new rooms with ample parking and space.
- Owners live nearby and available
- Lots of small fine print extra charges and conditions (everything costs extra including basic things).
- Not a walking distance to anything around and a developing zone.
- Need to coordinate checkin and check-out exact times in advance
