The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. The shower was good, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained.
The kitchen was spacious, well equipped, and fully functional, with all necessary utensils available for cooking. There was also a thoughtful selection of complimentary items such as pasta, tomatoes, olive oil, and various treats, which was much appreciated.
Additionally, the apartment included a microwave, induction cooktop, and washing machine, all of which worked perfectly.
I stayed in room #5 and wanted to share some feedback about my experience.
The building is located behind a nightclub and directly in front of the subway railway, which made the room quite noisy. In addition, the refrigerator was loud and repeatedly turned on and off during the night, which was disruptive.
The bed appeared to be two single beds pushed together rather than a queen bed as advertised, and the beds frequently separated during use. Lastly, the couch was uncomfortable, as it did not have back-support pillows and only a metal bar for support.

The host had left several small "surprises" like spagetti and tomato sauce, water bottle to the fridge etc. Was very comfortabel to stay with small kids.

Reception, keys, contact with the owner good, great video on how to get to the apartment, unfortunately that's all.
We were to receive two apartments, each with a bedroom. We only received one. The second one, instead of a bedroom, had a wardrobe in the middle of the room, which was supposed to suggest that there was a bedroom behind the wardrobe. The location is not the worst, but there are railway tracks right outside the window. If the windows are closed there is no problem, it's worse if someone wants to sleep with the window open, good luck. Very poor equipment in the apartment, major renovation recommended. However, I believe that for this price or slightly higher you can find much better places.
