Prima kamer, ontzettend aardig, behulpzaam personeel, alle voorzieningen top! Ontbijt en diner ook geweldig!
Afstand tot de piste, wij zijn ski in ski uit gewend, je kunt niet naar of vanaf het hotel skiën (althans niet in onze week begin februari).

Centrale ligging, goede bedden, ruime kamers, heerlijke wellness, vriendelijk personeel.
Het is heel warm in het restaurant. Maar daar kun je jezelf makkelijk op aanpassen.

The temperature in dining and bar area’s was a bit too high

Location is nice. Glacier view is amazing.
1. We booked HB but drinks in the evening were to be paid extra - even water!!!
2. Shampoo instead of soap for hand washing (Dove).
3. Room was too small and too dark.
4. Staff not friendly, sometimes not speak the language (it's not a problem as such, but we were lacking assistance when needed sometimes).
5. Better go to breakfast as early as possible otherwise you don't get fresh vegetables at all!
6. Very poor breakfast in general - cheap cheese and salami, no juice - rather instant sugary liquids.
In general - 3* max.
