Very nice, friendly people. Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Inside parking possible, but kimited. (First come first served.) OXXO and Subway 2-minute walk and other options within walking distance. Not a party hostel. The clientele is an eclectic mix of Mexicans and foreigners. Practice your Spanish!
I was quite happy with the location and have been there before, but I drive. If you don't it may not be so convenient,, Querétaro being car-oriented. The neighbourhood is walkable, but the nearest supermarket is 1.2 km away on foot, so make a list. It's actually easier to get to on foot than by car, but not so close that you want to do it more than once a day. Also if the hostel is busy there isn't much fridge space, so don't over-buy.

The location was amazing, the facilities looked good, and the male staff was great.
Felt harassed by a female staff member. I wake up pretty early, and she was upset she couldn't get her sleep. I went into the room once after showering and was then told I couldn't keep going back in because I would wake the other guests. Secondly, I was put in a top bunk when there was a bottom bunk available. I'm a small person, but I hit and scraped my arm on the ceiling and there were ants on the bed. The space between the ladder and the closet was unacceptable. I had to keep stepping over the other guests' things and that made more noise than me walking into the room ever did. I had to leave early because that female staff member would not leave me alone.
