The property is located in a high and quiet area. There is plenty of parking right across the road. The view is great! The apartment itself is very large and spacious. There is a fully equipped kitchen for cooking including a dishwasher. Dining area and living room with a large table for the family. Vitorio the owner is a very nice man and always helpful. He also gave us a special drink that he prepared. The only drawback is that there is only one toilet and bathroom. You have to schedule everyone when there are many guests.
A facility for drying ski equipment and ski boots is required

La casa è molto spaziosa e comoda. Bellissimo poter mangiare in terrazza, anche in 8 senza problemi. Il barbecue in giardino è un valore aggiunto. La posizione è molto comoda per accedere alle 4 valli "parallele" e fare escursioni senza mai ripetersi. Vorrei sottolineare, soprattutto, la gentilezza e disponibilità del padrone di casa!
In generale, per quello che abbiamo visto, la Val d'Aosta è un gran bel posto, abitato da persone in pace con loro stesse

The location is excellent – within a comfortable ;driving distance to all the main hiking and sightseeing areas in the Aosta Valley. At the same time, the village itself is peaceful and quiet, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
The apartment is spacious, very well-equipped, clean, and perfectly organized. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The host was very attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we asked for.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with easy access to the beautiful Aosta region.

Spacious apartment with large bright rooms, very good free wifi.
Excellent location between Aosta and Courmayeur.
Convenient free parking just across the street.
TV included extra apps among which Netflix.
Host was very helpful with lists of local activities, brochures, recommended food markets, etc.
He even gave us fresh vegetables from his garden!
Nothing. We actually plan on returning the next time our travels take us to the Aosta Valley
