Lovely stay at Millcroft house! Very comfy beds, gorgeous view from our room and the best shower I've ever had (the water pressure is amazing). James was a wonderful host, made us feel right at home and made sure we had a table reserved for the evening. Lovely meal in the restaurant too, and the pub was cosy for a drink and game of cards after. We didn't realize a cooked breakfast was included so that was a great surprise, and made it feel like value for money. Would definitely recommend staying here, thank you James!

Excellent position in the middle of the village. Evening meal and breakfast was very good. Accommodation was first class

Most staff were very helpful and kind. The food was OK but only just. Loud foul mouthed locals in the bar playing pool in the evening,
Awful room, so tiny there was hardly room to get around the bed. No chair in room, no shelves and nowhere to put anything. Recently refurbished but badly done and poor design. No bulb in lobby light. Window stuck, very stiff key in door, bedroom door hit skirting board when opening. Springs poking through mattress, sheet (torn one) straight onto mattress with no other mattress covering at all. One morning we waited an hour for the cooked breakfast to arrive. Apologies were ‘my bad, I forgot!’
