Appartamentino silenzioso e accogliente
Disimpegno d'ingresso condominiale privo di luce. Coperta del letto non sufficiente. Qualche mio problema con l' uso del microonde non avendo trovato le istruzioni. Piccolo inconveniente col riscaldamento risolto grazie alla tempestività della proprietà della struttura.

L'appartamento è molto ben fornito: possiede un piano cottura con tanto di lavello, posate, piatti, pentole e caffettiera. Presenti anche zucchero e caffè solubile. In camera c'è anche TV e aria condizionata e in bagno si possono trovare fono, sapone per le mani, shampoo e bagnoschiuma. È a 10 minuti a piedi dalle mura e nei dintorni è possibile parcheggiare l'auto gratuitamente. Ogni tanto c'è la caldaia che fa un po' di rumore ed essendo al piano terra l'unica finestra dell'appartamento da direttamente sulla strada, ma non è stato un problema grande. Il prezzo è davvero onesto, io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati benissimo, se ci sarà occasione ritorneremo.

Ich hatte vorab um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten - dies wurde mir zugesichert: Das Zimmer geht nach hinten, war die Antwort. Fakt war, es lag 10 m von einer der Haupteinfallstraßen von Arezzo entfernt. Krach bis um 1 Uhr Nacht on der Wohnung oberhalb. Die Töpfe waren unbenutzbar, weil schmutzig. Ich bat um einen Wasserkocher um Tee zu machen - man sagte mir, ich soll die Mikrowelle oder die Töpfe nutzen. Keine gute Möglichkeit der Kommunikation. Mein italienisch ist nicht sehr gut.
