Saarbrücken has the most expensive parking fees in the Federal Republic.
Here you can park for free in front of the house with the 50 m² 2 ZKB balcony apartment in a quiet but central location of Saarbrücken in the district Rodenhof.
It can accommodate 2-3 people.
The apartment has a large living room with dining table and an exit to the balcony. The cozy covered balcony invites you to linger after a long city visit.
A large box spring sofa bed in the living room offers additional space for a third person.
Wifi and a large flat screen TV with cable reception are included.
The fully equipped kitchen with washing machine leaves nothing to be desired.
The cozy bedroom can accommodate 2 people. In addition, there is a bathroom with tub and toilet. Everyday shops Edeka, bakery, banks and hairdresser are right next door. The bakery is also open on Sundays and public holidays until 4pm.
A free parking space is available directly at the house
We can also recommend very nice excursion destinations:
The UNESCO World Heritage Site Völklinger Hütte, UNSESCO Biosphere Reserve Bliesgau
and the Saarland Therme.
These destinations can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

The apartment is a great location, an easy walk to the train station and downtown Saarbrucken. The apartment was exceptionally clean upon arrival, and the linens for the sofa bed were provided as requested. Clear instructions were provided for both check-in and check-out. I had a great stay with my kids.
Due to construction on the building, the parking spot in the listing was not available during our stay. However, there was plenty of free street parking available.

Die Wohnung entspricht komplett der Beschreibung/Bildern, die Lage ist Top sehr zentral und man hat auch ein sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV, der Edeka gerade mal 30 m weit weg.
Wir fühlten uns äußerst wohl und wurden auch sehr nett empfangen, bei unsrem nächsten Besuch in Saarbrücken ist dieses Objekt die erste Wahl für uns.
