The lounge and dining space was a good size for our group of 8 and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The main bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Well positioned for public transport access.
Decor was ‘tired’ and the rooms smelt of stale smoke. There was not a 3rd bedroom as cited - it was an uncomfortable double bed on a landing overlooking the kitchen and tucked behind gym equipment and a screen - not conducive to good sleep. Local area felt ‘edgy’ ( would not have liked to walk on my own). We asked for some tea towels and the response the next day was for us to buy some - not great customer service. The checkin access details were very clear but only from the garage ( if you parked a car) - we were on foot and had to work out how to get in through the main door.
