Good price.
The room temperature on arrival was only 16°C and never rose above 18.6°C, which was uncomfortable. After complaining, we were moved to a room on the same floor with the same problem, and eventually into the main building where the temperature was 21°C.
At departure, we were asked to pay for parking again, even though we had already paid. I was told I needed to provide the receipt, which I could no longer find—after having checked the bedroom dustbins I insisted on the receptionist to contact the gentleman who took our payment. As we were heading to the car to go through our luggage to try and find the slip she came running after us to inform us that she had confirmed with her colleague that we had already paid.
The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable, leading to a restless night’s sleep.
Overall, while the second room was acceptable, the experience was affected by the initial room conditions, uncomfortable bed, and checkout confusion. Fine for a one-night business stay, but not for longer.

The food for Breakfast was always almost cold. A few times some of the dishes were already at 8o'clock empty and were not filled up again. The food from the restaurant was not nice at all.
We were told by staff that while we were away, our room had been given to a lady who realised, that this room was already occupied and went back to the reception to ask for another room. When we asked the girl at the reception for an explanation, we were told, it is impossible to give the same room twice to somebody.
Why would somebody tell us there was a lady in our room if it would not be true?
The evening staff was very pleasant but not the staff in the morning, except one older lady.
