We got stranded in Frankfurt and glad we chose to stay at Hyatt Place. The hotel is close to tthe airport and the staffs are friendly, the room is clean and offers essential amenities.

Used this to rest up before moving to a different place. Four of us slept in a room, everything was good and comfortable. The room was big and spacious as two slept on the bed and two on the couch. It was very very near the airport, you can go with a suitcase or two and it will feel fast and easy. Staff was quite kind and just chatty enough

Forgot my Guerlain facial cleansing in shower, and gone forever ! Very disappointed how hotel and staff handle the missing stuff from guest , and not sure what’s the procedure on brand !
