Die Lage war zum Hafen sehr gut, auch zum Bahnhof gut. Das Haus war sehr angenehm und in einer ruhigen Lage. Alles was man benötigte war vorhanden. Die schriftliche Verständigung mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert.
Die beiden Einzelbetten im zweiten zimmer waren etwas schmal.
