Apartament w idealnej lokalizacji. Prosto z budynku można było się dostać na wyciąg gondolowy, a z tej stacji do pozostałej części regionu. Raj dla narciarzy! Łóżka w sypialni były bardzo wygodne. Wyposażenie kuchni na bardzo wysokim poziomie, pełno udogodnień. Ciekawe rozwiązanie z wydzieleniem łazienek. Można było brać prysznic, zażywać kąpieli w wannie i korzystać z toalety w tym samym czasie. 😊 Przeogromny taras. Wieża do słuchania muzyki, z którą można było się sparować przez bluetooth lub nfc. Telewizor z funkcją mirroringu. Duża ilość gniazdek i przedłużaczy!
Moment przekazania kluczy. Sama metoda jak najbardziej komfortowa, klucz w schowku przy pokoju. Była trudność z połączeniem się z opiekunem mieszkania (zakorkowaliśmy wjazd do obiektu), a wystarczyło podać informacje o numerze pokoju i pin do skrytki przez SMS lub WhatsApp. Jego znajomość języka angielskiego była wątpliwa. Na szczęście przy użyciu translatora Google, można było wysyłać wiadomości po francusku, a to umożliwiło kontakt. Internet w obiekcie (nie przez Wi-Fi) bywał kapryśny, w zależności od godziny działał sprawnie albo w ogóle. Łóżko piętrowe i kanapa w salonie nie były już tak wygodne, łóżko piętrowe raczej dla niskich osób (córka 164 cm miała już mało miejsca, syn 185 cm musiał spać w salonie). Brak piekarnika, który był w opisie wyposażenia.

Property was clean , comfortable, and was perfect for our holiday. Location serviced by a free bud that runs every 15 mins to the ski lifts and town .

Great kitchen amenities including dish washer (so good on holiday), there was even a fondue set and raclette maker. There are two showers, which after a day of skiiing is perfect for groups. The place was warm and had a very large deck.
- Firstly to pick up the keys- the office is over 2km away, so unless you have a car, it is quite impractical with bags.
-The location - itself is up a hill, with shuttles ending at 8pm, so if you go out for dinner expect a long (20 min) walk up snowy steep stairs at cold temperatures.
-Cleaning - only after you cannot cancel the booking, do they inform you that you have to pay an additional 78 euro to have a cleaner. We decided to opt out and clean ourselves (but during COVID, it's worrying that they do not include cleaning services)
- BED SHEETS and towels ARE NOT included. again this is not mentioned on the listing and only told after the booking cannot be canceled - they will charge you additional to get bedding at location (we brought our own, but this made for extra luggage)
- we were promised discounted snowbards if we book lessons - when it came to payment, they refused to give us these discounts
Overall it was pleasurable and good value, but we just wish these above details were mentioned up front in the listing, instead of little traps and scams put in place later.
