It’s a beautiful property and everything was presented wonderfully. Very tasteful indeed.
The only reason I could not score you 10/10 is that your internet service is terrible! I travel all over the world and a fast internet connection is no longer a luxury, but sadly it’s a necessity. I have a property in Cassis and the internet is super fast. If you struggle at Giganon because of fibre then I suggest you get Elon Musk’s Starlink dish … either option is not expensive and your business will benefit greatly.

Beautiful setting in a gorgeous fully restored 17th century chateau. Very romantic. Great wine tasting and tour on site. You won’t be disappointed!

The property is beautiful and well located. The room was comfortable, big bathroom, nice bed.
Unfortunately, while the property itself is beautiful, they have very minimal service. The first night we stayed there, we were the only guests. So apparently the receptionists left early, we had to get the key ourselves, and realized we were absolutely alone in the whole property. That may have been okay except the wifi didn't work and we couldn't reach anyone with any questions. We couldn't figure out the heaters, but also couldn't ask anyone about it. Or, we texted the person who had texted us, but because of the bad internet, it never reached them. The next morning, there was hardly any breakfast - old, stale croissants, and a fruit salad that looked like it had been sitting in the fridge with an enormous hair on top. The next evening, there were more guests at the hotel, but again, no service whatsoever. No way to reach anyone. When asking about the weak/nonexistent wifi the next day, the response was that it was due to the "weather," which is ridiculous. If you have the means to keep the chateau so beautiful, surely you have means in 2025 for a working wifi connection, especially if you intend to leave your guests alone at the property. So, while the room and property are nice, don't expect 5 star service - expect nothing.
