Clear info how to self check-in, location was perfect for our trip. Room basic but comfortable. Small things which helps you feel at home like slippers, coffee and sugar, even some sweets.

The location was superb and the overall experience (location, apartment, communication) was great. I received thorough instructions how to check-in and check-out.

The apartment wasn't as clean as I would have expected. When we walked in both the outside and inside of the toilet bowl had fecal matter over it meaning the first thing I did in the apartment was clean the toilet. Not an ideal start. This prompted me to notice other things as well, for example the showerhead was covered in limescale, baseboards were a bit dusty.

We liked the comfortable bed and extra pillows kindly provided. The apartment was functional for its size and WiFi was good

The apartment is situated directly on an extremely busy and loud 3 lane crossroads with noisy vehicles throughout the night. The double glazed units do little to dampen this noise. This needs to be clearly highlighted to other guests because we would not have booked had we known. Would be nice to have a proper ironing board instead of the one with tiny legs, I appreciate this is a European "thing" but it is not practical for use. The apartment was fine for 2 but would be a squeeze for 3 people.
