Outside there is a great playground suitable for little ones. Fireplaces are OK. Access to the lake is very comfortable just on the other side of a road. It has even a small beach.
At first it was quite cold inside but after using heater it was OK. It could be cleaner and better equipped. House itself is a bit noisy with crackling stairs.

the property is at really good location, close to the lake, you just need to pass the road.
the beds are comfortable.
there is a nice pier at the lake which you can use for jumping into water/fishing etc.
you can find a children playground and barbecue section at the property.
1. the owners actually live in one of those houses at the property area, so you have the impression that you are under constant surveillance
2. at the arrival (we were really tired after 8 h of driving) the owner - instead of letting us in - was talking for like 30 min telling us what we CANNOT do at the property. she made us feeling like we came to destroy the property
3. at the arrival there was immense number of flies in the house. we spent like 2 hours (once the owner finally let us in) fighting with them.
4. the door to the house and windows without net downstairs needed to be constantly closed, as - when they were opened - the flies were immediately inside -> there is an area with cows just next to the property so i guess this is the reason for those flies everywhere
5. you need to actually pay for every single thing that is considered as 'additional' by the owners. so like making laundry, booking a kayak/sup/bike/pedal boat. it is the first time that we had to pay for the water equipment.
6. at the check out, the owner WAS CALCULATING the number of the cutlery, mugs, plates, kitches utensils etc...
7. the children are allowed to swim / play only at one side of the pier in the lake while the owner is fishing on the other as 'children would scary the fishes' if they were at the same side !!
8. there is no table outside the house, so there is no place to eat outside (you can go to the barbecue area but it is quite far). and you CANNOT bring the table from the barbecue area, NEITHER CAN you take the small table out of the house.
9. the stairs at the house are really noisy -> i don't advise for people with small children who are sensitive to noises
