Hotel je uredan i čisti. U kupaonici su dostupni mali sapunčić i mali šampon, fen. Okolica hotela je jako lijepo uređena s mjestima za fotografiranje. U restoranu je jako ukusna hrana, ljubazno osoblje i pruža se lijepi pogled na Sarajevo.

Soba čista i uredna.Doručak je bio dobar ali količinski za nekog ko puno trenira nije dovoljan. Nedostaje povrće i voće uz sami doručak bi upotpunilo.Osobolje jako ljubazno.
Soba koja jako smrdi na cigarete. Supruga i ja smo sportisti i došli smo sa malom bebom. Jako neugodno iznanađenje sa samom ulazu u sobu. Soba nije imala mini bar,fen. TV koji je bio bez programa. Hotel ima potencijal da pruži poptunu ugodnost uz malo truda se se povede računa o detaljima.Djevojke koje rade su veoma susretljive i ljubazne.
