The location of the apartment is great for exploring Podgorica. Maya, the host, was great and communication with her was easy.
There is a free parking in front of the entrance to the building with lots of free spaces (at least when we arrived) which is important in Podgorica, where the parking in the center of the city is generally not free, and it's difficult for a non-resident to pay for the parking with foreign SIM card/number.
Air-conditioners are installed in all rooms, which is really necessary when you are visiting Podgorica in August.
The apartment is in an old building, and it may soon need refurbishment, particularly in the bathroom (some appliances are leaking).
Nevertheless, the value of the rental is very correct.
