The location was awesome. Right in the center of town. Very close to shipping, transit and sight seeing. With this said, the noise level was low and it was very relaxing.
It was dificult to regulate the heat and the beds were not what we were use to in the US or other hotels The matresses were more like futon matresses and not spring or foam.

The property is in a fantastic location and is perfect for a mini break to wonder around Windsor and visit the castle.
There were some towels that were dirty and the carpets could do with a deep clean.

Not very clean also the amount of rats outside the front door.
